Has been enrolled in the Order of Chartered Accountants and Statutory Auditors of Milan since 2002. Has obtained important Masters in International Taxation, Transfer Pricing and Tax Litigation, with particular reference to the application of European Union and international law in tax matters.

Also specialises in the taxation of corporate groups and the taxation of M&A and Club Deal transactions. Graduated with full marks in Business and Economics from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano. Has been enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants of Milan and of Statutory Auditors since 2003. Has obtained several Masters in international tax law, property taxation, statutory auditing, financial taxation, wealth planning and wealth management.
